In brief
A luxury apartment development of thirty-one one- and two-bedroom apartments in prime central Tunbridge Wells, marketed and sold across the majority of the scheme.
The brief
What the owners needed
Vale House sits in a prime central Tunbridge Wells location — moments from the mainline train station, the Pantiles, the High Street and the Common. The collection is a mix of one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments, each with allocated parking and a terrace or balcony; some units enjoy spectacular views over Tunbridge Wells.
The brief was to design and execute a launch campaign that communicated the scale and the central-living register simultaneously.
Our approach
How we did it differently
We led with the very best imagery and virtual staging across every unit type, supported by a dedicated development website that surfaced apartment-level information and operated as the campaign's primary lead-capture surface. The combination produced a strong volume of qualified enquiries.
