Mike or Gemma personally introduces you to Steven Windley at Wells Financial. You'll hear from him within one working day, often the same morning.

Whole-of-market sourcing
Steven runs whole-of-market searches across more than 90 lenders — including the smaller specialist lenders the price-comparison sites don't cover. Lender-specific overlays applied (criteria, fees, affordability).
- 04
We stay in the loop
Once you've agreed terms, we coordinate with Steven through to completion — solicitor instruction, survey scheduling and any timing pressures on the property side.
