Apply to rent

Tenancy application.

One form per adult applicant. Allow ten to fifteen minutes — have your ID, recent bank statements and previous landlord’s contact details to hand. Submissions go straight to our lettings team; we’ll be in touch within one working day.

Before you start

What you’ll need to hand.

  1. 01

    Photo identification

    Passport or driving licence — both sides if a card licence. Must be current and not expired.

  2. 02

    Proof of address

    Utility bill, council tax bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. Mobile phone bills don't count.

  3. 03

    Three months' bank statements

    Showing salary credits and rent payments where applicable. PDFs from your online banking are fine.

  4. 04

    Proof of income

    Three most recent payslips for employed applicants, or the last two years' SA302 / accountant letter for self-employed.

  5. 05

    Previous landlord reference

    Contact details for your most recent landlord or letting agent. We'll request the reference directly.

  6. 06

    Right to Rent

    Required by law for every adult applicant. Your photo ID typically covers this; non-UK applicants may need additional documentation.

What happens next

    Submit application

    Complete the form below for each adult applicant who'll be on the tenancy.

  2. 02

    Holding deposit

    Capped at one week's rent under the Tenant Fees Act 2019. Reserves the property while we reference. Refunded against first rent or deposit.

  3. 03

    Referencing

    Credit check, employer reference, landlord reference, Right to Rent. Usually 5–10 working days.

  4. 04

    Sign and move in

    Tenancy agreement signed digitally, deposit registered with TDS within 30 days, keys handed over on the day.
