When do I receive my reward?

For sales, your £250 is paid within 14 days of exchange of contracts. For lettings, your £100 is paid within 14 days of the tenancy commencing and the first month's rent being received. We'll contact you directly to arrange payment.

What counts as a valid referral?

A new introduction — someone who hasn't already been in contact with Kings Estates — who then appoints us to sell or let their property. Where multiple people refer the same individual, only the first valid referrer is rewarded.

Is there a limit to how many I can refer?

No limit at all. Refer as many people as you like and we'll reward you for each successful introduction. There's no cap on the number of referrals or the total amount you can earn.

How will you contact my friend?

One of our directors or senior team will reach out directly — usually with a friendly call or email. No pressure, no hard sell. Just a helpful conversation about their options.

What if they decide not to proceed?

That's absolutely fine. There's no obligation on either side. The reward is only payable on a completed sale or commenced tenancy — but the introduction itself is always appreciated.

How will my friend's data be handled?

Their details are used solely to follow up on your referral. We don't share data with third parties. By submitting the form, you confirm you have their permission to pass their details to us.

01 · Eligibility

Open to anyone who introduces a new client to Kings Estates — past clients, tenants, landlords, vendors, buyers and local contacts.
The person you refer must be a new introduction only — not previously registered with, or in active contact with, Kings Estates at the time of the introduction.
Kings Estates employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make.

02 · What qualifies as a valid referral

You submit the referred person's contact details to Kings Estates via the form on this page, by phone, or directly to our office.
The referral must result in the referred person appointing Kings Estates to sell or let their property.
Where more than one person refers the same individual, only the first valid referrer will be eligible for a reward. Duplicate referrals will not receive a payment.
Kings Estates reserves the right to decline a referral at its discretion, including where a conflict of interest exists.

03 · Rewards

A reward of £250 is payable where the referred person completes a property sale through Kings Estates.
A reward of £100 is payable where the referred person proceeds with a lettings instruction through Kings Estates.
Rewards are paid to the referring party only — not to the referred person, unless separately agreed.
Only one reward is payable per referred individual, even if they subsequently transact again.

04 · When rewards are paid

Sales: the £250 reward is paid within 14 days of exchange of contracts on the referred property.
Lettings: the £100 reward is paid within 14 days of the tenancy commencing and the first month's rent being received.
Kings Estates will contact you directly to arrange payment once the relevant condition is met.
Rewards are paid by bank transfer. We may ask you to provide payment details at that time.

05 · General conditions

Kings Estates reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend the referral programme at any time, without prior notice. Any valid referrals submitted before such changes will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of submission.
No reward will be paid if the referred instruction is subsequently withdrawn before completion or tenancy commencement.
Rewards are not transferable and have no cash equivalent other than as stated.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

06 · Privacy

By submitting a referral, you confirm that the person you are referring has given their consent to be contacted by Kings Estates.
Their details will be used solely for the purpose of following up on the referral and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
