A new private development of four luxury apartments positioned just off the High Street, with excellent access to the town's amenities, dining and community facilities. The brief was to introduce the scheme to a town-living buyer profile and manage the campaign through to fully sold.

A comprehensive marketing programme led by professional imagery and home staging — the empty units were furnished and decorated so prospective buyers could read each apartment as a finished home, not a shell. Lifestyle, layout and personality all surfaced in the launch package.
