In brief
An extended three-bedroom detached home in a quiet cul-de-sac near High Brooms station — sold for £526,000 with twenty-seven viewings and three offers, after underperforming with another local agent.
The brief
What the owners needed
When the owners came to us, they had already had a frustrating experience with another local agent — a long campaign with little to show for it. The home itself was strong: an extended three-bedroom detached property in a quiet cul-de-sac, with an open-plan kitchen / dining / living space, snug, home office, utility store and driveway parking, all within easy reach of High Brooms station and the local shopping facilities.
The job was to give the property a clean second launch with a stronger story.
Our approach
How we did it differently
We rebuilt the marketing package from the ground up, leading with improved architectural internal and external photography from one of the South-East's best photographers. Listing copy and key features were re-framed around the family-living strengths the previous campaign had under-sold.

The result
Exchanged, completed, moved on
The fresh approach generated twenty-seven viewings and three offers. The owners secured a deposit and completed their move into their new home within three months.
