Nellie

Nellie is the senior partner of the office-dog team. She has seen the agency through several refurbishments, two CRM changes and at least three different coffee machines, and her preferred working position is whichever desk has the warmest under-floor airflow.

Familiar to most regular clients by sight, Nellie is gracious to visitors but unimpressed by paperwork. Office consensus: do not negotiate with her on the matter of biscuits.
