Meet Mike

Mike joined Kings Estates in 2011 and leads the lettings department, which he has built into one of the most respected lettings operations in Tunbridge Wells. He oversees business development, landlord relations, rental accounting, compliance and the lettings team.

The department holds the EA Masters Exceptional Status award, placing Kings Estates in the top 5% of letting agencies nationally. MARLA-qualified and FNAEA-accredited, Mike stays personally accountable for every managed property — the compliance, the tenant vetting and the difficult conversations all come back to him.

If you're letting a property in TN1–TN18 and you want a directly accountable agent rather than a faceless call centre, Mike is the person you call.

Beyond the desk

Out of the office.

Outside the office Mike is a keen runner and triathlete. He completed the London Marathon in April 2023, and is in training for the TCS London Marathon 2026 and a Half Ironman in Weymouth, Dorset in September 2026 — fundraising for the mental-health charity Mind.
