Sales Director

Tom Snowdon

BA (Hons)

The only way to do great work is to love what you do.

Meet Tom

As Sales Director, Tom brings expertise across every facet of the sales process. The role goes beyond facilitating transactions — he provides friendly, professional guidance to both buyers and sellers, making sure every move is as straightforward and positive as the property allows.

After Tunbridge Wells Boys Grammar School, Tom read Geography at Birmingham University, where his interest deepened into planning, architecture and urban regeneration — a thread of design appreciation that still informs how he positions and markets a home today. It was at Birmingham that he met his wife Emma, with whom he later married in Italy: a country that remains the family's favourite destination.

A devoted father to his daughter Florence, Tom balances a busy sales career with family life in Tunbridge Wells.

Beyond the desk

Out of the office.

Tom's interest in architecture, interior design and regeneration carries across into his life outside work. He's most often found mid-renovation project at home — combining his eye for design with the practical realities of a Victorian terrace — or planning the next family trip back to Italy.

Memorable moments

A few things Tom is proud of.

  • Marrying Emma in Italy — a country the family return to whenever they can.

  • Becoming a father to Florence and building a family life rooted in Tunbridge Wells.

  • Holding a complex onward chain together through repeated solicitor delays — completed at the eleventh hour, on a Friday afternoon in August.

  • Helping take the agency's sold-portfolio to a record year in 2024.
