Meet Edward

Edward joined Kings Estates from Connells Group, where he was a Senior Lettings Negotiator. Before lettings, he spent six years at Lookers Mercedes-Benz as Sales Admin — a role that built the precision and attention to detail he brings to every applicant register, tenancy file and move-in document at Kings Estates today.

Day to day, Edward is one of the voices a landlord or tenant first hears when they ring the lettings desk. He registers new applicants, books and runs viewings, follows up after every appointment, and keeps the existing register matched against incoming stock so the right property reaches the right tenant quickly.

What makes the combination work is the mindset behind it — hard-working, target-driven, and naturally professional. Edward sets his own goals, hits them, and treats every move as if the result mattered to him as much as it does to the people moving.

Beyond the desk

Out of the office.

Edward is a die-hard Fulham supporter and travels to as many fixtures as he can, with non-league Dorking keeping the weekends in between busy. Off the pitch he's a keen darts player and a regular at televised events — his shouts are reserved for Jonny Clayton and Gerwyn Price.
