The scheme.
Calverley Park Mews sits in one of the most considered residential addresses in central Tunbridge Wells — directly adjacent to Calverley Park, a short walk from Mount Pleasant Road, the High Street and Tunbridge Wells mainline. The scheme delivered nine new-build homes across two typologies: five four-bedroom houses arranged around a private mews courtyard, and four two-bedroom apartments built to the same exacting specification.
The developer engaged Kings Estates pre-launch, allowing us to advise on specification, layout sequencing and pricing strategy before the marketing was committed. We then ran the launch, the buyer qualification and the sales progression — every unit, through to last completion.
