  • Do I have to give notice to my current agent first?

    Not before talking to us. Send us your existing management agreement and we'll review it for free, including the notice clause and any termination fees. We'll tell you exactly when you can switch and handle the notice itself if you'd like.

  • Will my tenant know — and will it disrupt them?

    Your tenant gets a clear handover letter explaining that the managing agent has changed. Same rent, same tenancy, same property. No new contract, no disruption. We've handled hundreds of these — the tenant typically just notes the new contact details and moves on.

  • Will there be a gap in my rental income?

    No. Rent continues exactly as it did. We assume rent collection from the changeover date and pay you on your normal schedule. There is no income pause.

  • What does the 3 months free actually cover?

    Three months of our full Fully Managed (Gold) service — dedicated property manager, 24-hour emergency line, rent collection, maintenance coordination, full Renters' Rights Act compliance, annual inspection. Standard Gold (16.80% inc. VAT) or Fully Managed+ Platinum (20.40% inc. VAT) rates apply after the free period.

  • What happens if my current agent is holding my deposit?

    We coordinate the deposit transfer directly with them and re-register it under our scheme (TDS). You don't need to manage this — we handle the full chain of custody and documentation.

  • What if I want to keep my current tenancy agreement?

    You can. We don't require a new tenancy. We continue managing the existing one and bring it into compliance with the Renters' Rights Act if it isn't already.
