Meet Melissa
Introducing Melissa, our esteemed Lettings Coordinator at Kings Estates. Having commenced her journey with us in 2019 as a Sales/Lettings Negotiator, Melissa has ascended the ranks, securing her current role as Lettings Co-ordinator in 2022.
Melissa brings a sound understanding of the Tunbridge Wells property market and a comprehensive background in Estate Agency to her position. As the Lettings Coordinator, she manages a spectrum of responsibilities, encompassing administration of tenancies – from crafting tenancy agreements and overseeing renewals to coordinating check-ins and check-outs.
Ventures Beyond the Desk:
When Melissa isn't socialising with friends, she finds solace in the simple joys of life, unwinding in a hot bubble bath, accompanied by a glass of wine – and yes, it must be red!
This year, Melissa has set a personal goal to venture into the realm of fitness. Her sights are set on the gym, with the hopeful aspiration of a newfound passion for running.
