With a background in Banking & Financial services and nine years in Estate Agency, Belinda brings a wealth of experience to her role. She excels in conducting thorough property visits, ensuring compliance, managing contractor relationships, and fostering positive landlord-tenant communication. Belinda is adept at negotiating contracts, managing deposits, and contributing to business growth by identifying new opportunities. Her commitment to high standards and proactive approach makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
Ventures Beyond the Desk
Belinda loves socialising with her friends and enjoying a glass of bubbles, she enjoys walking and reading, painting old furniture and has an interest in antiques and going to Auctions and spending time with her cat!! After a badly broken ankle 18 months ago Belinda would like to take up Racquetball again which has always been a much-loved sport in the past.
