Mount Ephraim is known for its tree-lined streets and attractive properties. Situated in to the southwest of Royal Tunbridge Wells' town centre, it provides easy access to the amenities and facilities in the town. The proximity to Grosvenor and Hilbert Park also adds to the recreational opportunities for residents.

Public transport is easy to access at close quarters, with regular buses running in and out of town, and the Tunbridge Wells train station just a short walk away.

Travel Distance

One of the big attractions to those in Kent is Bluewater Shopping Centre, one of the largest in the UK. From Mount Ephraim, driving there would take about 40 minutes. This is a particular draw for those wanting to spend the day on a big shopping trip, before possibly indulging in a walk through the Mosaic Gallery Tunnel to a large lake with a host of different wildlife. This location is perfect for cycling, sightseeing, or picnics.

Or, closer to home, Forest Way Country Park lies just 20 minutes from Mount Ephraim and is home to beautiful scenery, with trails along the path of a former railway, flat fields, and Mottsmill Stream running right through it - a great day out for a casual stroll, bike ride, or picnic.
