To showcase the launch of this brand new luxury development, we implemented a comprehensive marketing strategy that included the very best imagery and virtual staging adding furniture and décor to the empty units without the developer spending thousands on dressing the homes. Alongside this we created a dedicated development website allowing potential buyers to view all the development information in one place and to act act as a lead funnel to capture buyers details.
