After experiencing disappointment with a different local estate agent, the sellers turned to us as they had seen that we had successfully marketed a couple of simiar homes in the area. Having already been exposed to the market for a long period of time, we implemented a fresh new marketing strategy which included improved architectural internal and external photography by one of the South-Easts best photographers.
