What's the difference between let-only and fully managed?
Let-only: we find the tenant, handle referencing and the move-in. You manage the tenancy day-to-day. Fully managed: we handle everything for the life of the tenancy — rent collection, maintenance, certificates, end-of-tenancy. Most landlords with 1-3 properties choose fully managed; portfolio landlords choose either.
Are you ready for the Renters' Rights Act?
Yes — we've been advising landlords on RRA preparation since the bill stages. Our compliance checklist and tenancy paperwork are already RRA-aligned. We'll flag any property-specific issues on the valuation visit itself.
