Kings made our first time selling a property pretty much stress free. In a quiet time in the market their professional approach and great marketing of our house still created a lot of interest and viewings and we managed to sell fairly quickly. Highly recommend-right from the first time Tom came around we were both really impressed by the depth of research that had been undertaken which really inspired us with confidence to go with Kings. They were also very responsive to requests and queries and prompt in replying. The online portal with all the viewings and comments was very effective and extremely helpful to have all in one place and felt very confident with the sale being dealt by the Kings team in Tunbridge Wells.

I have only good things to say about this agent. I met with Gemma initially who, although a sale agent, kindly spent time with me to take down my requirements for a rental property and even booked me in to see a rental later that afternoon. I then met Cerys, the letting agent, at the rental property and she was friendly, efficient and explained the details of the property to me very clearly.

Well, it was a long slog, but Tom and Gemma were magnificently patient as it took months to exchange, but of course outside of their control. What Tom and Gemma *did* do was to try their best to keep me in the picture with what was going on and we've done it. We approached Kings after struggling to sell my dad's retirement cottage with a previous agent. The difference in service was like going from Ryanair to a private jet. We had an exclusive development of high specification houses and apartments in a prime location in central Tunbridge Wells and chose to speak to Kings Estates as we felt their branding and marketing matched our high-end development. Right from the start they were professional and extremely helpful in working out and implementing a comprehensive pricing, marketing and selling strategy and were always on hand to offer advice through the build process. They produced excellent marketing content including a bespoke digital marketing campaign with an eye catching and informative bespoke development website and they were always thinking outside of the box and creating clever marketing ideas including walk-through video tours for social media. They were always on hand to offer marketing updates and once the sales were agreed they continued to push and liaise with buyers, surveyors, solicitors and other contractors to get the sales over the line. We spoke to various agents in Tunbridge Wells and we have sold a number of schemes all over the South East using many different estate agents and I can honestly say Kings Estates sit head and shoulders above any other agent we have ever worked with. Kings have been by far the best letting agent I have ever dealt with in my 15+ years of renting. They are always so quick to pick up any emails, property issues or requests and have just made the whole experience completely stress free knowing we can rely on them. They have been so proactive in arranging any contract renewals / appointments and always really flexible around us and our needs. The best estate agents in Tunbridge Wells. Mike Heath helped us a lot from the time we approached Kings Estates to find a place. Very professional and always willing to above and beyond to help clients. On a typical Sunday evening we got locked out of the house, stranded outside in the rain with kids. Mike understood the situation and rushed to help us out by bringing the spare key. We are really grateful to him for this help during out of business hours.

I am very impressed with the professionalism & friendly manner displayed by Kings. The flat we have rented is in an older building with a balcony & nicely decorated, clean, warm & cosy. We have no regrets in deciding to relocate here from South London to this beautiful town with the help of Kings. Aside from the actual viewing all other arrangements were made remotely so we only had to travel here once prior to moving.

I was looking for flats in Tunbridge Wells for quite some time and have been in touch with multiple agencies . Never found the right one - but , I must say the first time I met Melissa from Kings Estates for a viewing , the smile was there waiting for me too. That is a fine touch but doesn't close the deal. After deciding to sell our beloved house of 7 years we approached Gemma at Kings Estates to get the wheels in motion. We were instantly reassured we were in safe hands. We were assigned a photographer who took stunning images of our home and packaged the post beautifully with detailed information and drawings. Within the first week of posting the advert, it generated interest with an accepted offer shortly after. Their communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. Tom was always on hand to answer a question and no task too big or too small. We did encounter a break in the chain at a critical time of the process by another Estate Agents client which put our new house purchase in jeopardy. Kings Estates were incredible from this point. Mike managed to turn around within 24 hours an open day of viewings and have 3 offers on the table (one £10k above asking price). We discussed with them our best approach to rebuild the chain as strongly and quickly as possible and accepted a new offer shortly after. We have used other Estate Agents in the past and none compare. King Estates care about their clients. They advise, care and respect their client's needs. Elizabeth at Kings was really helpful in our initial search for a property and responded quickly and efficiently to help us find a great property. ** UPDATE ** This is the second time that I have used King's Estates (initial review below). The team were fantastic, putting a lot of hard work into a long and problematic chain and going above and beyond to communicate with the top end of the chain for our purchase (which was technically not their responsibility) where communication from another agent was lacking. When selling our flat the quality of the pictures used for the details speak for themselves and the team worked hard to get us the viewings we needed. Overall I am very happy with the service King's provided and would both use and recommend them to others, for the future! As a first time buyer I received a really friendly, comprehensive service given by Anthony and his colleagues. They were attentive to needs and the progression of my flat purchase. Don't bother with other letting agents if you want an agent who really concentrates on your needs. Always responds immediately to your concerns and supports you through any queries. I wish all agents were as good but they are not. Please support this family run business they deserve your business and you will be very thankful you have them in Tunbridge Wells.
Myself and my partner have rented through Kings for the past 2.5 years and although general maintenance naturally occurred during our time in the property, any issues were sorted out fairly quickly and never caused us too much hassle. All of the team were great and helped us during our process of trying to buy a property and answered any of our queries, even though we bought through a different agent. My wife and I have just bought and got the keys to a house that was marketed with Kings in Tunbridge Wells. Although they were obviously acting for the vendor I found that Tom went above and beyond for us, acting as our contact between the vendor and also the different solicitors. I’ve no doubt that the whole process would have taken an age had Tom not been so on the ball. As someone who has used their services as a purchaser I’d definitely recommend using this agent in future if looking to sell.
