In his role, Mike assumes full responsibility for the Lettings and Property Management department, overseeing all operations with meticulous attention to detail. One of his primary strengths lies in cultivating new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with clients. Moreover, Mike personally handles all aspects of rental accounting, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional service for both tenants and landlords. Not only does he oversee the department with precision, but he also played a pivotal role in the creation of our new website, ensuring a seamless online experience for our clients.

Outside of work, Mike loves his role as a family man. He is happily married to his wife, Emma, and together they are proud parents to their son, Hugo, who is 3.
During his downtime, Mike maintains a robust and healthy lifestyle. Whether unwinding at the gym, engaging in a round of golf, boxing, or training for marathons and new challenges, he seamlessly blends his passion for sports with the tranquility of nature. His commitment to success transcends professional boundaries, reflecting a determination and unwavering resolve that permeates all aspects of his life. Notably, Mike achieved an impressive feat in April 2023 by completing the renowned London Marathon, showcasing his dedication, discipline, and perseverance.

Gemma is married to wife Kelly, an advanced clinical nurse and they have two vibrant teenage daughters and two cherished dogs. Nala, their miniature goldendoodle, not only graces the family with her presence but also brings a touch of joy and companionship to the office as a beloved regular.
