We’ll invite a range of potential tenants to your property and carry out viewings, paying close attention to those who we think will be the 'perfect fit'. Once we have received a number of applications, we will filter them so you can choose from the best. Then we’ll provide full visibility on all the most suitable applications and support you in choosing the right tenant.

    Receive and Accept Offers

    As offers come in, receive full details and special conditions promptly. Utilise your street.co.uk to track and manage offers. Once accepted, we handle references, Right-to-rent checks,, Tenancy Agreement signing, and the collection of the moving-in payment (rent & deposit).

    For an additional fee, we also offer services to prepare your property for move-in:

    - Arrange a third-party inventory
    - Organize Gas Safety Inspection
    - Portable Appliance Test (PAT)
    - Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
    - Legionella Risk Assessment
    - Coordinate professional cleaning to ensure your property is in optimal condition for the new tenancy.

    Completion and Property Management:

    Upon completion, keys are released to the inventory clerk or the tenant on moving-in day. For managed properties, the tenant receives contact details for their dedicated Tenancy Manager. Congratulations, your property is now successfully let with Kings Estates!
