Black Friday Sale - Terms and Conditions       

  • The offer cannot solely be redeemed if your property is currently marketed/managed by Kings Estates, however, if you successfully refer a new landlord to Kings Estates before 31st January 2023 who takes advantage of the 3 months FREE property management promotion you will then receive 3 months FREE property management service on your property.
  • If you are an existing Kings Estates landlord with multiple properties under our managed service, then the referral promotion will be applied to the property with the lowest rental figure.
  • Kings Estates reserves the right to refuse this offer on selected properties and may withdraw the promotion to new clients without prior notification.
  • Clients must sign up before the commencement of any marketing.
  • Offer is only applicable to a property for one-time use only. For the offer to be deemed valid, the property must be agreed to be ‘Fully Managed’ by us for a minimum of 12 months with no break clause within the tenancy agreement before 12 months.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer such as price-match, referral discounts, or any other promos that we have running.
  • The property to be managed needs to be in an area we cover.
  • This offer is only in place for any FRESH business introduced. If the client is already in our database, and we have had contact, or is a historic client, then the promotion will not normally be honoured.
  • After the expiry of the first 3 months (the free trial period) of the new original term of the tenancy, fees will revert to the Agreed Fees (not the offer fees).
  • The Offer Fees are only available once per landlord. No variations will be accepted to a ’No Property Management Fee for 3 months’ instruction unless authorised in writing by a Director of Kings Estates.
  • Should a tenant serve notice and the tenancy end before 12 months then providing the landlord re-lets through Kings Estates no charges will occur. If the landlord(s) does not re-let through us and they have agreed to tenant(s) leaving early (within first 12 months) then the landlord(s) will be invoiced for the free trial period that they have received.
  • The offer must be mentioned at the time of the instruction and no retrospective claims can be made.
