Longer Opening hours

We offer a dedicated and unrivalled service 6 days a week. We are open 9.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturday. Our longer opening hours are essential to maximise viewing opportunities for your property.

How will your property be displayed?

We provide tenants with as much detail as possible prior to their viewing appointment along with details on how to locate the property. We treat our lettings details the same as our sales and will go to the lengths to produce room to room descriptions and dimensions for our property brochures. Your property will be advertised on our website, in our window display, and in the local Courier. Your property will also benefit from being advertised 24/7 on the main property web portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation.

Professional Photography

Presentation and timing are everything. Our outsourced photographers are trained to take professional photographs, produce floor plans and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) all in just one visit. The result: your property is ready to go within days.

Comprehensive marketing

Known for our comprehensive marketing, we spend thousands of pounds every year ensuring that our clients’ properties receive maximum exposure across a variety of different media.

This includes online exposure on the top property portals such as: Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation.

Applicant Matching

Once tenants have registered with us our online database will automatically match their search requirements to suitable properties and email the property details straight out to them. Tenants will be instantly notified of new properties that we are marketing. If tenants are searching online they can register or arrange a viewing on our website.

Viewing appointments

We highly recommend an early viewing appointment in order to secure a property. We happily accompany potential tenants to viewing appointments ensuring we are on hand to answer any questions immediately and advise where necessary.

Avoiding Void Periods

As experienced letting agents, we understand the importance to landlords of not only securing an initial tenant for your property, but also maintaining contact with the tenant with a view to securing a renewal of the tenancy where required, thereby reducing the risk of rent voids.


We take time to get to know our potential tenants from registering them fully at our first meeting to talking and guiding them through the letting and referencing process. We aim to make the process as smooth and quick as possible. All of our tenants will be referenced checked and you can request to see their reference report once we receive it back. Of course the decision is yours whether you want to accept or decline any offer we put to you.

Expert advice

Nicholas Heath, the Owner, is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. He has been in the industry for over 30 years and specialises in residential sales. He is ably supported by his Co-Director daughter, Gemma Heath, who has practiced residential estate agency for over 12 years, and his son, Mike Heath, also a Director, heading up the Letting and Management disciplines. Other staff members include Tom Snowdon – Sales Manager, Alex Metrebian – Negotiator, Charlotte Knight - Property Manager / Lettings Co-ordinator and Gary Goulbourne – Property Manager.
