We bring together what most agencies split apart.
A long-established local agency, now a modern, independent sales and lettings business — owned and run by Mike Heath and his sister Gemma Collins, with Tom Snowdon as Sales Director. Mike leads lettings and property management; Gemma and Tom lead sales. Nicholas Heath, who shaped the independent business, remains founder and consultant.
We answer the phone. We know the roads. We run the instruction ourselves — and because this is our town, we live with the result.
