Nicholas Heath, Managing Director FNAEA, MARLA

He became a Main Board Director and joint owner of Kings in 1992 before acquiring the Kings Tunbridge Wells office in his own name in December 2010. He has lived and worked in the area for over 35 years and is thoroughly enjoying working with two of his four children (Gemma and Michael) in what has become a solid family business where clients receive a personal and unrivalled service. Gemma Heath, Sales Director
Gemma’s estate agency career started in 2001 when she was just 17. She specialises in residential sales and lettings and overseas the general day to day running of the business. She offers practical and honest advice and deals with property of all styles and in all price ranges of the market. She is particularly good at identifying lucrative buy to let investments, assessing new build / plot development opportunities and advising on property improvements / extensions. She is regularly praised by her clients for being approachable, enthusiastic and committed and she involves herself in all stages of a property transaction to ensure that high standards and efficiency are maintained for clients at all times. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf, supporting Tonbridge Angels football club and relaxing with a glass of wine or two!
Mike Heath, Lettings Director
Mike joined us in early 2011, having spent 2 years travelling and working in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. He overseas the lettings and management activities and responsibilities include valuing, negotiating offers, vetting tenants, progressing move in’s, co-ordinating property maintenance and facilitating payments to landlords and contractors. He has been hugely instrumental in project managing the creation of our brand new bespoke website, along with helping to establish the company with new and exciting software packages to help grow and streamline the business for the future. He attended Tunbridge Wells Grammar school for boys and when he is not at work, he enjoys spending time socialising with friends and family, going to the gym, kickboxing and supporting Liverpool football club.
Tom Snowdon BA (Hons), Sales Manager
Tom has recently joined the team as Sales Manager. Having previously worked for two well known independent Estate agents in Tunbridge Wells for the last 5 years he has an excellent understanding of the Tunbridge Wells property market. His role as Sales Manager encompasses all aspect of the sales process where he is able to give friendly and professional guidance to both buyers and sellers. He has lived in Tunbridge Wells and Southborough for over 28 years and knows these areas like the back of his hand. He attended Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys and studied Geography at The University of Birmingham. When not at work he enjoys spending time socialising with friends, walking his dog Elbie, going to the gym, supporting Charlton FC and going fishing to relax. Other interests include Cricket, Rugby, his two cats and Wine, although not necessarily in that order!
Alex Metrebian, Sales / Lettings Negotiator
Alex started with us in early 2014, his position is our Sales and Lettings Negotiator. This includes scheduling viewings of both sales and letting properties, opening offers with clients and overseeing there progress in conjunction with his directors of each area until a offer has been accepted. He will be the front man of our company, meeting and greeting customers too and fro from the office. His background in Customer service is outstanding and with a love of the property industry, his skills will be best suited for you. He also has over 10 year’s background knowledge of the area and lives local to Tonbridge, very warm and welcoming character that will always go the extra mile. Supported Chelsea FC all his life and one for the adrenaline packed experiences
Dawn Harrell, Property Manager / Administrator AIRPM
Dawn joined Kings in June 2014 after over 12 years of working within the Property industry. She is highly experienced at dealing with all aspects of Property Management, from Lettings and Block Management and strives to offer an excellent level of Customer Service. Working full time as Property Manager, she provides day to day assistance in all aspects of lettings; from dealing with repair issues, carrying out periodic inspections, viewings and Tenancy Administration. When not at work, Dawn is busy looking after her two small children and enjoys all things creative to include property renovation and interior design.
Yasmine Gotts, Senior Administrator
Yasmine has worked for Kings since 2005 and is highly experienced having previously run and owned local businesses. She coordinates all lettings administration to include preparing tenancy agreements, dealing with deposits, organising renewals, arranging check in’s / out’s and liasing with landlords and tenants to ensure all of the relevant paper work is in place. Yasmine is extremely well organised and works closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth running of the office.
When not at work Yasmine enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and has a keen interest in sailing.
Jackie Reader BSc, Company Secretary / Accounts Administrator
Jackie has worked as Financial Controller for the Kings Group since 1992, running their busy accounts department, and has overseen the installation of our new ARLA approved accounting software which will enable us to provide an efficient and timely service to our clients.
