Nicholas Heath.
Nicholas shaped the modern, independent Kings Estates business and set the standards it still works to. Having moved to Spain in 2013, he is no longer involved in the day-to-day running of the agency — he remains founder and consultant, the heritage and continuity behind it, not an operator. The business is owned and run today by Mike and Gemma, with Tom as Sales Director.
